Information Commons Help Desk
AUS Library provides point of need computing and technology assistance
at the Information Commons Help Desk. Located on the ground floor
of the library and staffed by AUS Library staff and
Student Technology Assistants, the IC Help desk provides assistance
in the following areas:
Wireless laptop configuration and troubleshooting
PC troubleshooting
Software training and troubleshooting
Loan of network LAN cables
Presentation Room projector setup and troubleshooting
Printing and Photocopying troubleshooting
Hours
The IC Help Desk is staffed at all times during regular library
operating hours

Information Commons Computing Tips
A4 Scanning Instructions
Paper to PDF Conversion (A4 Scanner)
Paper size: When creating any document, please check the page setup. Be sure to use standard A4 or A3, NOT Letter (8.5"x11")
Computers are now labeled i.e. LIC-GF-04. Please quote the computer name when reporting problems. This will help us easily identify and fix the issue.
Clean Up Drive
Please help in keeping the Library tidy and clean. Put litter (bottles, scrap paper, tissue, etc.) in the bin when you leave.
