De-Stress for Exam Success

Give your mind a break and de-stress at the library!

Relax with some stress-reducing activities during the final exams from May 14–May 23 on the First Floor of the library. Play board games, complete jigsaw puzzles, unwind with some coloring and learn about wellness.

You can also join us for a meditation session in the Research Help Center (Library First Floor). Seating is limited so be sure to arrive early.

Meditation sessions will be:

  • Wednesday, May 15, 12:00 p.m.–12:50 p.m.
  • Sunday, May 19, 10:30 a.m.–11:20 a.m.
  • Tuesday, May 21, 11:00 a.m.–11:50 a.m.
