The initiative featured a range of calming activities including coloring, jigsaw puzzles, and origami, inviting students to unwind in a welcoming and supportive space.
For those seeking companionship and a touch of greenery, the Library Service Desk loaned out "Plant Study Buddies," and hand held toys to to provide emotional support and brighten up study sessions.

Students were also encouraged to explore the library through a self-guided Art Walk, showcasing more than 50 works by Arab artists from the Barjeel Art Foundation collection. The exhibition offered a reflective and inspiring pause during intense study days.
A special highlight was the Sound Bath Experience with Dr. Matt, held on Thursday, December 4 in the Writing Center. Offered at 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., the sessions used therapeutic sound to help participants reduce anxiety and restore focus.
These activities were part of the Library’s commitment to student well-being, offering moments of calm and creativity during one of the semester’s most demanding times.
