Streaming Video Reserve Request

Please fill out the following form to request a video streaming for your class.

We’re only able to stream videos that are held in our collection. If you would like to use a video the library does not own or from your personal collection, select “needs to be added to the library collection.” Our team will purchase a library copy, if possible.

If you would like to repeat videos you’ve streamed before, simply enter your Name, Email, and course details, select the “multiple videos streamed before; please repeat last streamed videos for this course” option and submit once.
