AUS Library Ed Talks: Author Talk with Yara Libzo

On January 28, Yara Libzo, long-time standing member of the AUS academic community working in CAAD, presented her recently published book, The Circassians:History & Heritage.

Yara’s highly engaging discussion explored the forgotten history of the Circassians, from resistance and displacement to survival in the diaspora. She examined how culture, language, and memory endure despite loss, and how a people scattered across the world continue to define who they are.
