The library participated in this Fall's Mental Health Week.
Students were free to relax on the ground floor with de-stress activities including coloring, origami, and puzzles. A self-paced Art Walk around the library was promoted encouraging students to take a break and enjoy the vast collection of art currently on display throughout hte library. Student volunteers offered a pop-up in the library to promote the univrsity's counseling services, freely available to AUS students. Finally, Dr. Matt from the Department of English offered a Reflective Writing session where participants wrote for 5 minutes based on a series of writing prompts.
