Library as Study Space - Summer Examination Period

The library will be open as a “study space” for AUS students scheduled for same-day on-campus exams during the summer finals period 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, July 14^th and July 15th only.

Once you have completed all of your exams for a day, you will be expected to leave campus. You are welcome to use the library as a study space in between exams for same-day scheduled exams.

Please note that to comply with social distancing requirements, we will be operating at a reduced capacity. Service will be limited.

What you can expect when visiting:

• A quiet space for individual study
• Study and seating arrangements clearly identified to ensure social distancing
• A place to charge your laptop between exams
• A place to return your checked-out books
• Helpful library staff available across each floor to answer your questions

Important:

• Laptops, stationery and equipment will not be available for checkout
• Public Computers (PCs) will not be available
• Food is prohibited. Drinks in reusable, sealable containers only
• Masks are essential and must be worn at all times (even if you are sitting or working alone)
• Social distancing must be observed at all times
• Because the furniture is spaced to accommodate social distancing, please refrain from moving furniture during your visit.
