Location: Library Ground Floor

Prioritizing the well-being of our community is important for several compelling reasons. Good mental health is closely tied to academic success. Students who are mentally healthy can concentrate better, manage stress effectively, and excel in their studies.

During Mental Health Week (October 7-10), the library is contributing to wider campus initiatives aimed at nurturing mental health awareness and promoting self-care. Students will have the opportunity to explore our thoughtfully curated collection of books and resources focused on well-being topics. Additionally, they can take part in quiet activities in our ground floor De-Stress Space which feature jigsaw puzzles, Lego sets and coloring books.

For those seeking a peaceful study environment, our Serenity Study Space (located in IC2) provides a calming atmosphere with white noise and relaxing video displays.
